Ponytail Hair Extension

So I have always been obsessed with having a really long LOOONG ponytail, I'd seen a film or something somewhere were she was a sexy lady in a cat suit with a super long blonde ponytail, and always waned one, so instead of waiting for my hair to grow, I bought one! you seen it in my post about my look book it was in this outfit:

Its was really cheap off Ebay, I've found the quality of the fake hair to be really well made, I'm 100% happy with it I took the risk of buying a cheap one to see how it turns out and I was so surprised I now didn't have to buy a more expensive one or one that was made with real hair to get the right look I wanted.

Gives me the good length I was after, a quick and easy up-do, and I'm just loving it! and for the price that it is, why wouldn't I!?

My Party wear Look book 2015

This is my party season look book, I find I go to more parties after the Christmas period, probably the only one because of working full time in retail, parties happen once the madness is over!

so here are a few looks I've chosen for a 5 day party look

WE have the Body con dress and super high stilettos! Always a winner!

Here we have A two piece set, Fancy blouse, with a pencil skirt, a statement colour always works well, but don't clash two to bright colours, keep it simple and classy with a basic pump heel.

Another two piece set, which is a little less dressy and a little more comfortable and casual but also stylish and edgy, The cut slit maxi skirt, with a cute satin BRIGHT coloured blouse, statement belt and easy sandals, great for drinks with the girls and comfortable for the dance floor later, Pull out that Angelina leg!

A simple body con midi dress is simple but you can make it so much more interesting with a statement necklace and some interesting shoes!

If your feeling a little more daring and a little more sexy, get out that freak-um dress! and what's in style right now? some chunky ass shoes and a choker necklace to make it a little more interesting, up-to-date and sexy!

Self Tanning My Way

Hi all its been a while since I've posted on here... I work full time ok!??! =P

Anyway, Today's post I will be talking Self Tanning and my routine.

So Many years ago I started trying self tanning, as I think its nice to have a healthy glow and its safe to say I've been through many!

None being how I hoped, I.E not lasting long, rubbing of easy feeling sticky

Until one fine day I stumbled across this beauty, and have been with it for 3 years

It called ECOTan

This product works so well for me, it last, it dries real quick, it gives an even glow, it can be re-applied straight away for a darker tan, its not sticky...like at all!, develops in 3-5 hours so doing it before bed really helps which is when I do mine so it can be lef to develop over night...And guess what? Doesnt even stain the sheets! (I know I have lemon yellow sheets!)

so my routine for using this product is:

Step one: Shower ... meaning ex-foliate gloves and bubbly stuff ;)
Step two: dry your self thoroughly.. (after Hair Drying my hair)
Step three: stand in a warm room in as little clothing as possible (I wear a thong, tha, thong, thong thong)
Step four: spray a tanning mitt with the tan and rub in circular motion all over your body
Step five: wiggle and waff yourself until the tan dries
Step six: go to bed in what ever you wear to bed and wake up looking mighty fine!

Here's were to buy it, Ebay seems to be the cheapest place, but you can visit the website for more useful products to help maintain the tan and help it last longer!!
Try a small bottle first and see how you get on! the big bottles last me from 6-8 months and I use it every week to two times a week so its pretty good!

Halloween Make-up

So I was in pound land, looking for Halloween goodies as I do every year, I always feel I have to get just a few more bits!

I came across this in the shop:

And I thought, WOW that's amazing i have to try it out but it probably wont even work being from poundland!

Much to my surprise it worked really well!

They say its tattoo stickers but really its just stickers, but they are a quick fix for a Halloween costume, great for if you don't have time to do it yourself or your no good at make up, or even if you just want a quick fix after work to look this cool at your Halloween party.

It would be a great make-up look for a scary devil or something dead bleeding from the face, or even just paired with a nice red party dress and some nice heels if you didn't want to dress up fully but you still made a nice Halloween effort!

Gelish nails

So today I got my first real manicure I got these gel nails at my local nail bar from work. This is my first go at a proper manicure and a first try of gel nails.

The experience was as Id always imagined all nail bars are, a bit awkward a lot if small talk and PS I love you in the background. It wasn't awful but it certainly isn't my kind of place I can't stand girly chats romantic movies and most of all pointless small talk. However I would probably go back to this place it was clean tidy and the ladies were nice. There's just something about being pampered or touch by someone else that I don't like.

I do love my nails they feel strong and clean and haven't been damaged as I was growing them out, gels are safe and last a long time so I will be having a follow up post when I either chip them or when they begin to look a bit worse for wear but for now I'm happy I would probably get them done again probably for an occasion or something special, but I'm defiantly not comfortable in that kind if place so I wouldn't make it a regular thing.

The cost of this treatment would be £17 which I think is reasonable if they last how there supposed to.

Mascara Dye

Hi All, Long time no post ey?

Well a while ago I decided to try out a mascara dye, I made a tutorial on this, it was a rather cheap one for £1.99 from Boyes (cheap store in the UK)

So I tried it out twice, the first time I was so scared I'd go blind I didn't really do it well enough, but the second time it went great! It dyed my lashes, it lasted about 30 days, but my only problem with it was that it wasn't dark enough or strong enough to make my lases look longer and I did still need to wear mascara, it didn't have the same effect, but they were a lot darker!

I can see this being good for people who have really light eyelashes, like blonde or really light brown, my lashes are a darkish brown so I didn't see a dramatic difference, but for you lot with lighter lashes it would be fab for a base to your mascara! to give you that deeper black sexy eye, we all want!

I'm sure the more expensive ones work much much better, but you know me, I like to do my cosmetics on the cheap!

New Eye Brow Routine

I never ever used to pay any attention to my eye brows, they were never really that huge and didn't really need any attention but lately I've started noticing eye brows more and the more I realised peoples eye brows the more I wanted to sort mine out, they only needed a little maintenance after all, but I have a fear of plucking hair, so I bought a little trimmer which isn't great, but I'm getting better with plucking and I have found this little beauty product that I really love!

Soap and glory are my top top favourite products, I do admit I was suckered in by the packaging but I soon realised they are really good products for me!

I have been a fan for about 3 years but its only this past year I've started using there make up and I'm impressed and there not a bad price, this eye brow pencil and highlighter was £10 i got a eye shadow pallet for £10 just brown shades, but there great, and handy to throw in my make up bag and take places!

I also use there cat eye liquid eye liner pen which lasts all day without smudging or fading so I'm totally sold again on the soap and glory products!

here is a picture of my newly tamed eyebrows, i know they look a bit stubbly but that's just my trimmer, I'm getting better with plucking I promise!

I Turned 25years old!!

Hello everyone today I wanted to reflect on my 25th year of life and how I've over come so much and not at a very happy point in life and exited for the future.

It frustrates me when people moan about birthdays, you hear it more in your twenties and from people in there thirties, but for me growing up 25 seemed like that good age, were you were still young but have all the freedom of an adult, it meant more responsibility and exiting opportunities to follow.

Don't get me wrong I'm not in the position I though I would be by now, but that was a child's perspective of life being easy jobs being easy you know...dream BIG! but I can honestly say I'm in a place were I am 100% happy I've realised this past year, happiness IS a choice and it doesn't just come to you, YOU have to make changes with yourself take risks and work towards being happy. now I'm happy, I can concentrate on moving forward career wise doing the things I love to do and keep working hard to over come succeed and live happy.

Doing YouTube has helped me overcome so much and although I still cant watch myself back. I still think putting myself out there like this has got to count for something, I just need to learn how to care EVEN less about what people think and maybe start sharing what I do on YouTube with the people I surround myself with, I still hate the fact people will ask me about it, people might talk about me, not like it and all the rest of the crap us humans think about, but its something else I can learn to overcome, as you get older you learn and realise its not worth stressing about and who's gives a shit right? I'm happy and I just shouldn't care!

This is why lloyd (my partner) is so good for me, he is so brave and just doesn't give a toss what anyone think, he puts himself out there with no cares or worries and its amazing! I wish I could be more like that, he's helped me overcome SO MUCH over the 7 years of being together, and he doesn't even know it! I'm a better person because of him, and I will keep learning from him, to just be myself put myself out there and to not care, because in the end for me all that matters is him and he's glad I'm doing all this and he wants to push me further and into doing more...

So my message to people reading this is to remember only you can change the future, only you can make yourself happy, do what you want you enjoy, and CARE LESS about other people's opinions!

An inspirational speech by a thirteen year old, who figured this all out well before me!

Decorating Delight!

I realised When my sister moved out that I would now be getting my bigger bedroom back, so full of ideas for a FABULOUS retro bedroom I went searching the web for inspiration!

Coming up with all these ideas and colour themes I had no idea which to settle on!

After MORE AND MORE researching, idea findings and colour swatches I finally decided the colours for me something I've never done before something new exiting quirky and cool... TURQUOISE AND YELLOW would be my theme!

bright bold and beautiful I was ready!... so next pay day I went out bought all the equipment I needed, paint, brushes, rollers est. and got straight one with it!

a month of hard work, sweat tears and only one migraine from paint fumes, it was all coming together!

and here we are now...

Its all coming together little by little. I will of course get better pictures to share when I have finally fully completed the room, but for now all you get are these snaps of my trinkets and things!

I hope you love it as much as I do!
